Harley Juan Santos has been engaged in the intelligence
and investigative fields for over 30 years.
Santos' extensive experience includes humint, UC operations,
skip tracing, background investigations, personal protection, maritime security, audio and video surveillance, CCTV,
threat assessments, risk assessments, security surveys and close combat instructor.
Santos has worked in both the public and private sectors. Within
the public sector Santos has worked over 22 service contracts as a lone intelligence operative.
As an intelligence operative Santos brings
to the team years of invaluable experience and intuition.
Ridge and Santos are the teams advanced contingent. They compile threat assessments and security
surveys prior to an operation to ensure success. Prior to the start of an operation, the threat assessment and security
survey, along with a suggested expense/materials list, is supplied to the client for consideration.
Once an operation has begun, Ridge and Santos, or a qualified and client acceptable delegate,
under supervision, will lead the team until the operation is completed.
